MY EXISTENCE

When I explain to the others how fast it passed,

They think that I dreamed, of times they wish they seen

I dreamed a dream that no one believed,

To leave knowing that I'm one step away to succeed.

Brain, sweat, half of the winter I had my Jordans wet

To come to school, well on to the next.

The memories were blessed. Step by step, shout out to rhs.

As DJ Khaled would say we the best.

I was bored some days but had fun the next.

Doesn't matter where you are from,

What background or what you done,

I learned the moment I was welcomed with open arms, by a girl who had me stunned.

That this school would be blessed, I wasn't wrong.

It might look old but we move on just like in relationships,

To see the beauty and what makes me stay, which happens rarely.

RACIAL EQUALITY POEM

"Racism is wrong,"

That's been said in many songs.

It's been around for many years,

it's created many tears.

Racism must die,

It could send people to the sky.

It shouldn't be a big debate,

We must act before it's too late.

Why can't we all be equal?

We should all be free like an eagle.

Why can't we live in harmony,

And live life like one big family?

That's what I want to see,

So why don't you join me?

Before our world comes to an end,

We must learn to stick together and defend.
